Report: Russian, Belarus presidents mull transport links, COVID
MINSK, Oct 2 (PRIME) -- Russian President Vladimir Putin has discussed in a phone conversation with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko the spread of the coronavirus pandemic and further steps to normalize transport connection between the states, news agency Belta reported on Friday.
“Significant attention was paid during the conversation to the spread of the COVID-19 disease, and the parties expressed concern about a rise in new infection cases. The presidents also discussed further actions to normalize transport connection between the states, including air, railway and car transport,” the statement read.
